Due to the deeply personal and intimate nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sex toys and similar items unless they are defective.
This policy is in place to ensure the health, safety, and peace of mind of all our customers. Once an item leaves our warehouse, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
Change of mind or unmet expectations do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives defective, we will gladly exchange it for a new one within 30 days of purchase.
